USAID Supports the Electoral process in Guinea

As part of the program for the upcoming presidential elections, the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI), with financial support from USAID through the National Democratic Institute (NDI), organized a second meeting of the Inter-Party Committee on Friday, August 28, 2020 at the Hotel Riviera de Kaloum in Conakry.

The objective of this meeting was to inform and discuss with the actors of the electoral process on the state of progress in order to achieve a credible, transparent and peaceful election.

More than 100 people including government officials, political parties, diplomatic corps accredited in Guinea, civil society organizations, the media, non-governmental organizations, and development partners attended this meeting.
