Should you wish to get married in Guinea, the government of Guinea requires an attestation of celibacy stating that you are free to marry under U.S. laws. The consular section can help with this – we consider it a notarial. You can make a notarial appointment at the link above. Please bring your passport and $50 or the equivalent in Guinea francs to pay for the notarial fee.
