All routine consular services at the U.S. Embassy Conakry, are provided by appointment only to U.S. citizens visiting or residing in Guinea. Emergency cases will be handled on a walk-in basis during normal hours or by calling the Embassy duty officer.

If you are traveling within the next two weeks, please see the Emergency Passports section. Passport services are not available on weekends or on Guinea or U.S. holidays.
Applicants Age 15 or Under Without Both Parents Present
The DS-3053 is the Statement of Consent for Issuing a Passport to a Child and the DS-5525 is the Statement of Special Family Circumstances.
Adult Passport Renewal (DS-82)
Renew an existing passport issued to you when you were aged 16 or older.
Report and Replace Lost/Stolen Passport (DS-64 & DS-11)
Report a passport lost or stolen and replace it.
You can fill out the correct form, or find information about your passport status at https://travel.state.gov.
You must provide one photo on a white background with your passport application. Our photo policies apply to adults and children. We have a few exceptions to our photo policies for infants.
