The Political-Economic section is responsible for current and long-term political and economic reporting and analysis on Guinea. The section also provides U.S. Government support for American commerce.
The Public Affairs Section manages cultural programs and exchanges, in addition to maintaining relationships with local press and media. It also manages the Thurgood Marshall Information Resource Center.
The Consular Section provides the full range of American citizen services as well as nonimmigrant visa processing. Immigrant visa services are provide through the Consular Section at the U.S. Embassy in Dakar, Senegal or Accra, Ghana.
