On Monday, July 8, US Ambassador Simon Henshaw presented certificates to some 20 journalists working in the city of Kankan. The ceremony marked the culmination of six months of English language introductory courses offered by the U.S. Embassy to Kankan’s media men and women.
The U.S. Embassy maintains a good working relationship with the Guinean press.
